Regal Notary Solutions works in partnership with real estate agents, brokers, title companies, loan officers, and clients to achieve more efficient and personalized closings.

Our Notaries are Certified Loan Signing Agents, trained in loan documents and carrying additional insurance.

Regular state-regulated Notary fees do not apply for this specialized service. Additional fees may include mileage, urgent requests, after hours, weekends, witness requirements, extra time, wait time, printing, parking, specialty services, and form provision.

Rate Range: $100 - $200 (includes printing and travel fee)

All signers must be present, 18 or older, have a valid ID, and MUST sign the Notary Journal

All services by appointment only Notary services are mobile or online only (not available in office).
