If an appointment cannot be completed due to reasons such as client-related issues, witness-related issues, improper documents, etc., the travel fee is still owed to the Notary.

Please be aware that the Notary has limited availability for each scheduled appointment. If the wait time exceeds 10 minutes and the schedule allows a prorated rate of $75 per hour will be charged.

Refunds are not offered; however, corrections will be made free of charge, excluding travel fees.

Notary fees in Missouri, as permitted by state regulations, are $5 per notarized signature. Additionally, travel fees will be charged based on an amount disclosed and agreed upon beforehand.

Notaries are not legal practitioners and are prohibited from offering legal advice. If you have any queries related to matters beyond the scope of notarization, please consult an attorney, financial advisor, or the intended recipient of the document. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Payment is accepted using the options listed below at the time the service is performed.

Regal Notary Solution Fees:

• Acknowledgments: $5 per signature.

• Jurat: $5 per signature.

• Signature Witnessing: $5 per signature.

• Certified Copies: $1 per page, with a minimum fee of $3.

• Travel Fee: $25 convenience fee, PLUS $0.70 per mile from area code 63031

Return Policy

Regal Notary Solutions does not accept/offer refunds on rendered services but will work with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.

No modifications can or will be made to travel, technology or documentation prep fees.
